She also starred in the movies The Landlord, Five Easy Pieces, Play It Again, Sam, Blume in Love, The Big Fix, Running, The Devil and Max Devlin, Gas, Montenegro, Misunderstood, Into The Fire, and Dancing at the Harvest Moon. Anspach won 3rd place for the Golden Laurel at the 1971 Laurel Awards for Star of Tomorrow, Female for Five Easy Pieces. She was also nominated for a Genie Award for Best Performance by a Foreign Actress for Running at the 1980 Genie Awards.
