Rossana Camargo de Arruda Botelho is a Brazilian heiress who has a net worth of $2.7 billion. One of the three sisters who are the key shareholders in the construction and cement conglomerate Grupo Camargo Correa, Rossana joined the billionaire ranks this year. Just like her two sisters, she inherited a controlling stake in the group after her mother, Dirce, died in April 2013. Dirce, in turn, inherited the vast portion in Camargo Correa in 1994, i.e. after the death of her husband Sebastiao Camargo who founded the company in 1939.
Now, Rossana is actively involved in the most crucial and strategic matters of the group, as well as she took part of its growth strategy. With operations in 24 countries so far, Grupo Camargo Correa intends to enter the markets of Latin America, Europe and Africa. Furthermore, Rossana is a member of several non-profit organizations, mainly in the areas of endangered youth protection and education.
