Goh Cheng Liang is a Singaporean tycoon who has a net worth of $2.1 billion. New to billionaires' circles, Goh Cheng Liang made his beginnings producing paints in a small factory in Singapore. Later on, he managed to partner Japan's Nippon Paint in 1962, establishing Nippon as a household name in Asia.
Today, the joint venture has nearly 50 manufacturing plants and a 15,000 strong work force in 14 countries.
