She competed for Sierra Leone originally but started competing for France in 1999. She participated in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona in the heptathlon and the 100 meter hurdles events. She participated in the 1993 World Championships in Stuttgart but failed to finish in the heptathlon. Eunice finished fourth in heptathlon at the 1995 World Championships in Gothenburg, where she also beat her personal bests in six events.
