Actor Jeremy Piven has scored some new digs with panoramic views in the Hollywood Hills for $6.8 million. The hilltop home in the Mount Olympus area of Los Angeles is worthy of power agent Ari Gold. The modern style home features walls of windows with views of the Los Angeles basin and the Pacific Ocean.
The home is 4,800 square feet of open plan living. It has a floating staircase, center-island kitchen, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, living room, and game room. The master suite features a soaking tub and fireplace as well as a glass wall that opens completely to a balcony overlooking the canyon.
Out in the yard, there is an infinity-edge pool with a separate spa. Just below sits a sunken fire pit. The garage is glass-walled and situated just beyond the property's gated entrance.
The house was put on the market in December for $7.9 million and reduced to $6.999 million, more recently.
The Hollywood Hills West locale will be a big change for the "Entourage" star and his beloved French Bulldog, Bubba, since the duo is used to living on the beach. Piven is selling his 2,424 square foot Malibu beach house for $10.5 million. He has lived there for 13 years.
The 51-year-old actor is best known for his eight-season run on "Entourage." He has also appeared in 2003's "Old School" and "Spider-Man." Most recently he starred in the British series "Mr. Selfridge." He will next star in the San Francisco set crime drama "Wisdom of the Crowd," as tech innovator Jeffrey Tanner.
