Reality TV star Scott Disick has worn many hats throughout his career, most recently that of house-flipper on the E! program Flip It Like Disick. And he's reportedly taken that new phase of his life to heart by flipping this Hidden Hills, California house he purchased last year, listing it for $6.89 million.
That's more than double what he paid for the house in 2018, not counting whatever he invested in the home's renovation since then. Originally, it was built back in 1973, and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across more that 5,600 square feet.
The home's official listing makes reference to its recent renovations, and describes it like so:
"Stunning contemporary farmhouse located in the exclusive guard gated community of Hidden Hills. Recently completed with amazing attention to detail, high quality finishes, with an emphasis on indoor outdoor luxury living."
The outdoor side of indoor outdoor luxury living is especially impressive, with a zero-edge pool as well as a spa with a gas pit, but the inside is no slouch either, with white oak cabinetry and Miele appliances in the kitchen and a large fireplace in the family room. Then there's the Control 4 sound system, which lets you handle the music inside and outside with the touch of a button.
And unusually, the home features not just one but two master bedrooms, one on each floor of the house. The bottom one has Fleetwood pocket doors that open directly to the expansive backyard, while whoever occupies the master bedroom on the second floor will have to make do with a steam shower in the bathroom and a better view.
