Wilfred Steven Uytengsu Jr. is the eldest son of Wilfred Sr., the man who set up the foundations for today's Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC), a leading manufacturer of milk products in the Philippines, back in 1972. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Uytengsu Jr. assumed the position of President and CEO in 2007, three years before his father's death. It was in 2012 that he decided to sell the family's controlling stake (98.1%) for $300 million to a Dutch dairy cooperative, FrieslandCampina.
