CBS' long-running hit sitcom The Big Bang Theory has come to an end, and that's not the only part of series star Kaley Cuoco's life that's drawing to a close – she's also selling her Tarzana, California villa with an asking price of $6.9 million, according to a recent CNBC report.
The 7,977-square-foot home, part of the Mulholland Park gated community about 20 miles outside of Los Angeles, has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and was constructed in the Mediterranean style back in 2003. The home has its own private gate, and according to its real estate listing every part of the property inside and out "has been designed to entice the senses, w/textured wallpaper, tumbled stone, mosaic accents & more."
That includes a home theater, expansive patio, a family room with a gas fireplace and a chair swing, library/home office, a spacious master bathroom with two sinks, spa-style bathtub, and a shower with "music capability." There's also a suitably large master suite with a fireplace of its own and three walk-in closets.
Outside, you'll find a cascading swimming pool with its own hot tub built-in, plus plenty of other cool features (per the listing again):
"The expansive grounds offer the feeling of a resort, w/ sparking pool & cascading water features, fire pits & spa. Impressive entertaining spaces include a covered arbor, outdoor kitchen, and multiple seating areas. Surrounded by abundant, lush vegetation and mature trees the property is a very private enclave."
Whoever ends up purchasing the home will be the new owner of property that once belonged to not just one but two celebrities: Cuoco, naturally, as well as the home's previous owner, none other than Khloe Kardashian.
