The following year, Sudeikis started dating actress Olivia Wilde. In 2013, they became engaged. They never technically married, and they have two children together. Jason and Olivia announced in November 2020 that they had split several months prior. Their split reportedly was connected to Olivia allegedly having an affair with singer Harry Styles, who was starring in a movie she was directing called "Don't Worry Darling." After months of rumors, Olivia and Harry eventually became a public couple and would go on to date for about a year.
Olivia Wilde Divorce
In April 2023, Olivia claimed in legal filings dug up by The Blast that Jason had yet to pay a single dollar in child support. The documents read:
"Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter… While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children's care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs."
In addition to paying child support, Olivia further requested that Jason contribute $500 thousand for her legal and accounting fees because:
"… not only due to him being in a significantly superior position than me financially, but because the vast majority of the fees I have incurred have been due to Jason and his counsel's egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct."
In the filings, Olivia claimed to make around $100,000 per month in income on average, has around $700,000 in bank accounts, and estimated her total assets at $10 million. She claimed to now know the full extent of Jason's assets but claimed:
"While I have yet to receive specific financial information from Jason, my understanding and belief is that he is wealthier than I am and has far greater income. I have no reason to believe that Jason would dispute this."
While Olivia makes $100k per month on average, she also claimed to have $107,000 in monthly expenses, the biggest chunk being $60,000 in rent/mortgages.
Divorce Settlement
In September 2023, Jason and Olivia finally reached a divorce settlement. In the final settlement, Jason agreed to pay $27,500 in monthly child support for their two children. In addition to the child support, Jason agreed to pay 25% of Olivia's childcare costs.
An earlier filing showed that Jason was on pace to earn $10.5 million in 2023, while Olivia was set to earn around $500,000.

In 2014, Jason and Olivia bought a 6,500-square-foot, 9-bedroom Brooklyn townhouse for $6.5 million.

The house was originally constructed in 1928, and it first hit the market with a price tag of $3.35 million. The interior has been drastically updated, and it boasts 2,800 square feet of living space.
