Born on September 9, 1956, Jeff Hammond is currently known as a commentator for NASCAR's coverage on Fox Sports, as well as a partial owner of Red Horse Racing. Having joined Fox Sports at the end of the 2000 Winston Cup season, he and partner Chris Myers have been hosting the weekly pre-race shows from the famed "Hollywood Hotel," generally located near Victory Lane at each race track.
